If we have reason to believe that a player is underage, the account will be suspended immediately and all associated balances will be withheld pending investigation.

Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles us to close your account and withhold any balance pending investigation.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the platform. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.
We reserve the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the registration process or prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account on your behalf or use another player's account. ak555 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend an account pending investigation where we have reason to believe it has been accessed without authorisation.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to all applicable KYC, wagering and compliance requirements having been met.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where: (a) you are found to have breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) we are required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons; (c) we detect fraud, money laundering activity or abuse of promotional systems; or (d) you fail to complete KYC verification to our satisfaction.
The payment methods available for deposit are displayed in the platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Methods referenced elsewhere on this site — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — represent familiar Pakistani payment rails that may be available depending on the operator's cashier configuration, the payment provider's own policies and applicable regulations. These providers do not endorse or support gambling operations, and their listing does not constitute a guarantee of availability.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified within the cashier and may vary by payment method. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are independent of ak555's platform fees. You are responsible for confirming applicable fees with your payment provider before transacting.
The platform displays balances and transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for accounts designated as PKR accounts. Deposits made in a different currency may be subject to currency conversion at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. Currency conversion rates applied are set by the relevant payment processor.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and belong entirely to you. You must not deposit funds that are derived from criminal activity, money laundering or any other unlawful source.

Withdrawals of real-money balance are available to verified account holders who have met all applicable KYC requirements. Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus having been completed in full.
We do not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing times depend on the payment method selected, the completeness of your KYC verification, internal compliance checks and the processing schedules of the relevant payment provider. We will aim to process withdrawal requests promptly following verification, but timelines are indicative only.
Withdrawals will typically be returned via the same method used to make a deposit. We reserve the right to require withdrawal via an alternative method where required by anti-money-laundering obligations or where the original deposit method does not support outbound transfers.
We reserve the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal until full KYC documentation has been received and verified to our satisfaction. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing by the player.
Each bonus, promotional offer or free-spins award is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, published at the point of offer. These terms will specify the minimum deposit required (where applicable), the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions (for sports betting bonuses), maximum withdrawal from bonus funds and the expiry timeframe.
Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be staked before they convert to real-money balance eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate PKR 30,000 of eligible bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Bonus funds must be used in good faith. The following activities constitute abuse of the promotional system and may result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings and account suspension:
ak555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account at the time of withdrawal of the offer will be honoured subject to the original offer terms.

By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. ak555 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules.
Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals), football, UFC and other events — are governed by specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. Bet settlement is final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the platform's records will be treated as authoritative.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or incorrect payout caused by a software error, ak555 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return the relevant stake to the player's account. ak555 is not liable for losses resulting from such technical errors beyond the return of the player's original stake for the affected round.
Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and betting market. These limits are subject to change at ak555's discretion and may vary based on your account tier and verification status.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak555 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to the relevant legal authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak555, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.
ak555's total aggregate liability to you for direct damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
The collection, processing and storage of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
We process your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support and compliance with applicable legal obligations. Your continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ak555 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement which cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
